Kacche aam ki khutee
chutney is a mouth watering, tangy chutney that is popular in the state of
Jharkhand, located in the eastern part of India. This chutney is made from raw
mangoes, and is flavored with a variety of spices to create a delightful blend
of sour, and spicy flavors. In this blog post, we will share with you an easy
and delicious recipe for Kacche aam ki khutee chutney in Jharkhand style.
Ingredients:
2 raw mangoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin seeds
1-2 pcs dry red chili
1/4 cup water if required
2 tbsp mustard oil
Instructions:
Wash and peel the mangoes.
Cut them into small pieces and remove the seed.
Add the mango pieces, dry
red chilli, cumin seeds, salt and 2 tbps mustard oil in a blender and blend until
smooth. Do not blend very smooth.
Add water if required.
Your Kacche aam ki khutee
chutney is ready. Serve it with any Indian meal like dal-rice, roti-sabzi, or
samosa-chai.
Tips:
Adding jaggery is optional and
red chili powder according to your taste preference.
