Litti Chokha

This dish is a popular street food and a favorite among the locals in Jharkhand.   Ingredients: For Litti: 2 cups wheat flour 1/2 cup gram flour 1/2 cup ghee 1/2 cup water 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain) Salt to taste 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tbsp grated ginger 2-3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp lemon juice   For Chokha: 2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed 1 brinjal, roasted and mashed 2 tomatoes, finely chopped 1 onion, finely chopped 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped 1 tsp mustard oil Salt to taste 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp red chili powder Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing   Instructions: For Litti: In a bowl, mix to
